Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through our Returns Center at sergio-tacchinis.com
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form
  4. Ship using a trackable method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
For size exchanges:

  1. Return your original purchase
  2. Place a new order for the desired size
  3. We’ll refund the original purchase once received

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately if you receive:

  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged merchandise
  • Defective products

Return Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Products without original tags
  • Personalized/customized merchandise
  • Final sale items (marked as such)

International Returns
International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs/duties fees
  • Original shipping charges won’t be refunded

Store Credit Option
You may choose store credit instead of refund, which:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used online at sergio-tacchinis.com
  • Is issued immediately upon return approval

Late or Missing Refunds
