We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return

- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include the completed return form
- Ship using a trackable method
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return your original purchase
- Place a new order for the desired size
- We’ll refund the original purchase once received
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately if you receive:
- Incorrect items
- Damaged merchandise
- Defective products
Return Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items
- Products without original tags
- Personalized/customized merchandise
- Final sale items (marked as such)
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs/duties fees
- Original shipping charges won’t be refunded
Store Credit Option
You may choose store credit instead of refund, which:
- Never expires
- Can be used online at sergio-tacchinis.com
- Is issued immediately upon return approval
